Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting an application or confirming a booking with Equilibria Sanctuary. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Equilibria Sanctuary

Equilibria Sanctuary is a premium holistic retreat brand operating across European locations, with initial operations based in Romania. The brand is currently in the process of formal legal registration. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any retreat services provided by Equilibria Sanctuary.

2. Application & Booking Process

All retreat experiences are offered by application only. Submitting an application does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed upon:

  • Written acceptance of your application by Equilibria Sanctuary
  • Receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated in writing
  • Your written confirmation of the retreat dates, tier, and programme details

We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices stated on our website are indicative starting prices in Euros (€) and are subject to change. The final investment for your experience will be confirmed in writing prior to booking.

  • Full payment is required to secure your place, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the retreat start date, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation Policy below
  • Prices are exclusive of international travel, unless explicitly stated otherwise

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 60 days before retreat: Full refund of deposit, less an administrative fee of €150
  • 60 days before retreat: 50% of total booking value refunded
  • Less than 30 days before retreat: No refund. However, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to a future date, subject to availability
  • No-show: No refund

Equilibria Sanctuary reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat in exceptional circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, natural events, or insufficient bookings). In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Accommodation & Programme

All accommodation images shown on our website are for inspirational purposes only. Each retreat is hosted in a carefully selected private villa that may vary from images shown. The specific residence will be confirmed upon booking.

The daily programme, activities, and therapists described on our website represent our standard offering. Specific elements may be adjusted based on group composition, weather, local conditions, or the evolving needs of participants. We reserve the right to substitute elements of equivalent quality without prior notice.

6. Health, Safety & Participant Responsibility

Participation in our retreat is entirely voluntary. By booking, you confirm that:

  • You are in a suitable physical and mental condition to participate in the activities offered
  • You will disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements prior to arrival
  • You understand that certain activities (breathwork, bodywork, movement) carry inherent risks and you assume responsibility for your own wellbeing
  • You will follow the guidance of our practitioners and respect the experience of other participants

Equilibria Sanctuary and its team shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our proven negligence.

7. Behaviour & Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe, respectful, and intentional environment for all participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a retreat without refund if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others or to the experience.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Equilibria Sanctuary website, including text, design, imagery, and branding, is the intellectual property of Equilibria Sanctuary and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Equilibria Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our retreats or use of our website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific retreat in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), where Equilibria Sanctuary is based. For retreats hosted in other countries, local applicable law may also apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking will apply to your experience.
